If your model number is not on the above list then there's one more thing to know before ordering:  Do you have wires on the terminals (Pin 7, LTCO-I and Pin 8, LTCO-O) in the red circle? Simply peek under the cover by removing the four screws of the controller cover to determine. If YES you need Model AM1.  If NO then you need Model AM2 that comes with an LTCO sensor.

An LTCO kit consists of a temperature sensor that monitors your cold water inlet to your hydronic heater. Many Aqua-Hot models have this sensor installed and wired to the LTCO inputs of the controller. Some models do not. The LTCO kit places a digital temperature sensor on the water inlet as close to the boiler as possible and inside the cover of your Aqua-Hot. The sensor is put in place and affixed to the inlet tubing with a high temperature zip-tie fastener.
